“If I could do 6 stars I would, Keenan Smith is a superstar. I was hanging new sheetrock on my ceiling when it was raining really hard one day and I noticed quite a few leaks in my new rehab project I was working on and so I called Keenan and he came out same day in the pouring rain and put a tarp on my roof to prevent any further damage to my new sheet rock and then he had the roof replaced with his crew the next day. I was blown away. Worth every penny. Also have used Keenan for other quotes for clients as I am a realtor and he always comes in clutch for me, on time, replies to all my messages and questions and always does a satisfactory job. “I had the privilege of stumbling across Shawn and did not know until we started chatting what type of business he was involved in. I told him about my roof issues and immediately my problem became Shawn’s. He came out the next day and did a roof inspection and then filed a claim with my insurance company for me. Once I was contacted by the adjuster, a meeting was scheduled and Shawn was present for that meeting and asked/answered all the questions for us. In less than 10 minutes he had a new roof approved for us.
Next we meet with Shawn and looked at all of our options. Shawn answered all our questions and even had pictures available so we could see some of the possibilities we were interested in. Once we made all the choices Shawn took care of getting the materials and having them delivered to our home for the build.
“Build day” arrived and Shawn was there from the onset. The roofing crew was there bright and early as well. They covered all my shrubbery around the entire house and starting working. This crew worked non stop like I have never seen before. Also, it was over 95 degrees that day as well. The roofing crew finally stopped for maybe 30 mins for lunch and was right back at it. By the time the sun went down that evening I had a beautiful new roof and a spotless yard free from all debris and roofing nails from the old roof. “We had an excellent experience replacing our roof with Tré Burris, of ProCraft Restoration Group. We’ve been homeowners for 23 years and this was one of our easiest home repairs. Tré provided a “no pressure” inspection of our roof, shared photos of our roof damage and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and he guided us through the process, coordinated with our insurance (due to weather damage) and was present for the insurance company inspection.
The day of the install, everything ran smoothly. The crew was fantastic – on time, polite, hard-working, and best of all – they were respectful that most of us now work from home and didn’t blast music all day. “I can’t say enough about the wonderful level of service I received with Nik Harris and Kevin May of PRG and my recent 3/18/22 roof replacement. Nik Harris and Kevin May met with me a couple of months prior to that to offer a way to get my roof replaced for minimal out of pocket expense. They explained the situation thoroughly, set up the claim with the insurance company. I never felt ANY type of pressure from them when I back out of /cancelled the 1st claim because of my perception that I wouldn’t be able to find subsequent insurance with a new carrier (I had been dropped by my current insurance group because they were no longer writing policies in NC) what with a pending claim on my policy. Kevin and Nick were very gracious and helpful in explaining that any carrier I spoke with would be happy that they would be insuring a property with a new roof. Kevin also said that even though an insurance company is dropping me, they are obligated to cover claims that occurred when coverage was in place. Kevin and Nik were there for me when I called to RE initiate a 2nd claim. They are very experienced in navigating the insurance claim process for home owners. Nik and Kevin even came to the hotel I had to stay at when I contracted Covid to sign paper work for the 2nd claim. Kevin and Nik took time to meet with the adjuster from my insurance company. They made sure all the exterior damage on the roof and the interior water damage was addressed with the adjuster. Nik and Kevin always were very quick to answer any texts and phone calls I made to them. They always listen to my concerns and explain the process. The roof replacement of my house AND both sheds took less than a full day to complete. The roofing crew cleaned up the shingle debris and left my property in the same condition as they found it. They used a magnet to get any nails they may have visibly missed. I currently await the repairs to the interior before signing over the last check from my insurance. I highly recommend discussing your roof replacement project with Kevin and Nik. They take the headache of wrangling with insurance companies out of your hands and take it upon themselves. They take care of EVERYTHING start to finish. Nik and Kevin are extremely competent, easy to work with and funny too boot.”
“Recently had my roof replaced by Procraft Restoration and I am very pleased with my new roof. Shawn Le Blanc was the project manager. He was very professional and friendly.
Shawn did a free inspection of my roof and showed me pictures of the damage he found. He handled all of the insurance claim process and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. When my claim was approved, Shawn explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Throughout the process, Shawn was prompt to respond to my texts and to answer my phone calls. Shawn was on site the day the work was done. I am disabled and Shawn used his drone to frequently show me the work in progress. That was reassuring to me to be able to see what was actually being done as it was being done.
The roofers were very polite and did an awesome job. Special attention was made to clean up after the job was finished. I didn’t have to do anything.

He and his team were onsite when my insurance company adjuster did his inspection and ensured that all the issues found were Accounted for. Once the job was approved the process quickly moved along ending with a lightning fast one day reroofing job. I was working from home the day they came and it sounded like an army of workers all operating with good coordination as they stripped, prepped, and installed the replacement roof. When I told him another company submitted a claim and failed, he was undeterred and asked for a chance. I’m really glad I took a chance on him. Not only did he make a compelling case to my insurance company and got it approved on the first attempt, he walked me through every step. Using his experience, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence, he came to my house to explain the paperwork, pick the right shingles and related package, came to inspect that all the appropriate materials were there a day prior to the roof installation, and sent pics of the progress on the day of the installation. “We met Kenneth Henry at our neighbors house next door. After initial chat, he inspected our roof, found wind damage. Having to never submit an insurance claim, Kenneth explained how easy the process would be, working with our insurance company. The rest of the process was very simple. He brought sample shingles for us to look at and choose. Once everything was set with our insurance company and mortgage company, the roof replacement was scheduled.
The install crew showed up as scheduled, tarps spread out to protect everything around the house. The crew had everything done mid afternoon. Everything was picked up, not a spec of debris or nails left around the house. No sign that anything or anyone was on our property.
Kenneth stopped by during the install a few times and after to see how everything was going. He explained the warranty for the workmanship and warranty for the shingles. After a few days, I called to have someone inspect our leaf filter gutter guards to make sure there was no damage. Kenneth came out the same day.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the product, about the process and guiding homeowner along the way to ensure everything is done right. Insurance companies are supposed to take care of property losses for the customer but you need a strong defender of your rights to negotiate with insurance company, and Zach is the best defender you got in your corner. “My roof was badly damaged by a storm. Connor Donaldson did a great job working with insurance for the repair. I opted to upgrade the shingles and replace skylights at the same time. Connor clearly explained my options and made recommendations in a way that gave me confidence without upsale pressure. It was like having a friend in the business. Regular personal texts kept me up to date and informed through every stage of the project.
On installation day, Connor was on site overseeing the work. He stayed until the project ended and made himself available to address questions. The roofing crew was very professional. It was fun to watch a team that had been working together for a long time efficiently transition from task to task. Replacing the shingles and skylights plus cleanup was complete in a single day. Watching the process from start to finish, it was all quality work. No shortcuts were taken.
The chimney pipe coming out of the roof was discolored and looked rusty. Without being asked, the crew painted the pipe the same color as the roof. It looks as good as new. “As usual a door to door salesman showed up to ask me about my roof. We had just changed insurance less than a year before, so we decided to meet with Project Manager and fellow Partner Shawn Le Blanc.
He was efficient, friendly, informative, and went above and beyond. When I say informative, I mean we talked about roofs to a detail that showed his passion for helping customers get the most out of their claim, and the most out of their roof in the future. Even though sales and service is the main aspect of his business, many face to face interactions with employees are not as pleasant. The most amazing parts of the experience, were his willingness to help us through the claim, his attention to detail, and how comfortable he made us feel with a very large decision in our lives at that moment.
After helping me find every spot that had been affected by our faulty roof and obtaining the max amount of insurance money for outside and INSIDE damage, the discussion on price began.
We were not pushed into any decision while he was explaining the upgrades, only informed on exactly what we were getting with each option! On top of that, the contracts we signed had more understanding of day to day communication delays, especially when it comes to insurance companies and busy customers. We were not locked in immediately which gave us more peace of mind that he was working for us and not the bottom line.
Before you know it we had a date scheduled and the vans pulled up to the house, I felt like I didn’t have to lift a finger. It was over before we knew it. It was one day of efficient, quality work that looked like a tornado had actually ripped our roof off the house. Then the next day, the roof looked perfect, the house looked 15 years newer, and the mess was no where to be seen. His team was friendly, quick, and focused on clean quality work.
He also helped us with the gutters that we wanted to replace, which had the exact same story, efficient, friendly, beautiful, and clean!

Zach was there throughout the entire process from the very beginning to the very end to make sure everything was taken care of properly and to make sure everything was easy on me. Zach worked directly with my insurance company, the adjusters and anyone they sent out to the home.
